You should major in theology. Depending upon your denomination, you probably have different seminaries you could attend.

Psychology would be a good major.. After your bachelors degree there will be Bible school for at least two more. Then you come out and find a position normally as a youth or associate pastor. It's a lot of work and a long time in school are you sure that God is calling you into the ministry.. After all that the pay is near minimum wage... Not the life to pick unless God gives you no choice... Jim

Being a pastor is very rewarding, if that is what you are called to do. What you need to major in depends on your denomination, or the church you want to serve. Lots of churches do ordain women, so, if you go to one of those ask your pastor what the process is. Generally, for most 'mainstream' denominations, you will need a Masters Degree in Divinity - and that is offered at many seminaries. For your undergraduate education you can do what you want, but need to get good grades! Theology is a good option, but so would be Psycology, or social work, or non-profit agency administraion or public administration....

I suggest Calvary Chapel Bible College because thats where I am going and it looks great if you really want to get into the Word. But thats just for Southern California of course, and I really don't know where you live but I am sure if you talk to a pastor in your Church you can get a good idea.
Good luck

*This is not the place to ask. First you have to go to a church that will let women be pastors, then you must find out what they require. Usually you go to a seminary or a Christian collage of that faith and major in theology. I think the Methodists are the only protestant church that ordains women. *
