Can't breathe through my nose, closed off, and is not sinustitus or a spicific allergy , Trees,Aminals, etc. Had CT Scan, showed nothing. Had Allergy tests, showed nothing. This is not Mucus from the Flu, or Virus just can't breathe through my nose 90% of the time. Has anyone had or have something like this please help if you can. Also I;ve been to two Allegerst and Ear Nose & Throat Specialist to no avail.

My allergy tests showed nothing as well. I still can't have milk because it fills my lungs with mucus, I can't have gluten containing substances because they put me to sleep and make me itch, I can't have soy because it reacts just like milk in me only slower, and I can't have tree nuts because I get a once mysteriously reoccurring fever. Just because the test is negative doesn't mean it's not there. Try cutting something out of your diet/environment, if you feel better for a while bring it back and see if you get worse again. Allergies/sensitivities can be found by doctors but when they miss them, you need to actively hunt them down or nothing will change.
Good Luck!!!

I had the same thing until I lost weight but I don't know if the diet change affected it or the weight loss? but it's gone now and the high fiber no fat low simple carb hydration diet is still here.
milk products can cause excess mucus. Ever eat something and your nose opens up ? Mine used to be like that ....

Sometimes glands called adenoids swell up with upper respiratory cold flu-like swelling. Doctors formerly cut out tonsils and adenoids together. No longer. Now its wombs and prostates. But I know nothing...can't hurt if you eat local bee honey, dark and unprocessed...not too much though. Good for allergies...might help...won't harm unless you are diabetic.

Ever had a broken nose? Maybe you have a deviated septum that, as it healed, closed off your nose a bit. Though one would think that an ENT would find that. Maybe you need to see a different ENT specialist.

Did your doctor happen to mention that there might be something you are reacting to in your home? The EPA says our homes are 2-5 times more polluted than outdoors. I'd love to share more of the information I have so email me at alcoserfamily@yahoo
