Not yet. If you don't have it by the end of next week, your first call goes to your employer. If you don't have it by the end of Feb, then you can call the IRS.

Your employer is required to have your W2 in the mail by January 31. If you don't see it in the next week or so, you should call your employer to inquire and verify the address if they say they have mailed it already.

First, call your employer's office (whoever sends out the forms).
Second, call 1-800-829-1040 (after February 15). Before this date, the IRS doesn't care, but after the 15th, they'll likely advise you to file without it and use your final paycheck or whatever information you have.
