It depends on you genes, if your dad, uncles, grandfathers, or any male in the family was tall, then there is a good chance you can be tall. Also on your mom's side see if there is any tall people from her side. If there are more than four to five people taller than 6'7 then there is a good chance you will be 6'7 to 6'11. Pushups do not stunt your growth, they help your chest muscles, so there is no way u can stunt your growth. Unfortunately I do not think you will reach your desired height, since most of your growing will have occured all ready. You never know though, you may grow to your desired height.

How tall are your parents?
It's impossible to say really. Some guys stop growing at 14 even. I knew a kid who was 6 foot in the 6th grade and he didn't grow another inch ever.
So just because you're tall at a young age doesn't mean you'll keep growing.

You still have about 7 more years left to grow, so you never know. Push ups do not stunt your growth.

You might! Because this is the age where most males start getting much taller! Unlike females who start slowing down at that age!
It might be helpful to consult a doctor about certain exercises, kinds of food to focus on.

push ups don't stunt your growth. how tall are your parents? what about grandparents? its all genetics. you could top out at 5'11" or 7'3" no way to tell from what you wrote.

but im that tall, & 2 years older
and i was a bit shorter than your current height at your age
you probably had a growth spert, but you'll grow till you're about
20, ish
