Double condoms are a less reliable means of birth control than using one condom.
If he's a jerk, sex might not be the only thing you should consider withholding. Consider withholding the time you spend with him, the things you do with him, or the label of "boyfriend" that you give to him.

Girls just overthink things way too much and want everything to be special. The matter of fact is that not every moment is going to be to your liking. Guys put up a front and act like somebody else when they meet someone they like, but it's human nature to try and impress someone. Mother nature programmed us that way to make sure you girls have every oppurtunity to get pregnant if you want to. If you don't want to get pregnant, tell him no.
But there is nothing wrong with your boyfriend, in fact, that's what guys are supposed to be like. He sounds perfectly normal to me. if he wasn't trying to make out and have sex with you, I'd think there was something wrong with him.
