what's the best way to wrap your hair? to have it nonstiff, full of body,and straight.

exspecially people with thick hair

should i blow-dry it or sit under a head-dryer?
what's the best items to use?

They have a product called wrapping lotion in most convenient stores like CVS. They work best for me. You can either wrap your hair around your head in like a bee hive or if it's short straight back. I find that the bee hive works best for body. I also think it's better to sit under a dryer. If you don't have one you can wrap it and tie it down with a bandanna and let it dry on it's own. Make sure you tie down the base of your hair before you sit under the dryer. Base meaning the hair around your face and neck. It sounds funny but I use a knee high stocking to tie down that hair. So if if worse comes to worst you only need wrapping lotion,knee high stockings and some free time to let your hair dry. I hope all my run-on sentences helped you.
