IDK... I guess that's what you're suppose to do. I mean, why else would beer come in cases of 24?? Really...I as much of a "Down with Big Brother" person as the next, but I guess BB got one right... ONCE!!! LOL!!!!!
(P.S. this is not actual advice, I just thought that [^^^^^] was really cool sounding.)

Even though your liver can process one drink per hour (on average if you're healthy), it can't do this forever. If you get drunk a few times in college (like I definitely did) or if you drink one drink an hour for 24 hours, but just one 24 hour period, then it wouldn't really cause any damage.
Long-term risks of drinking too much are liver damage and eventually you can get signs of dementia
Alcohol does also have calories in it so it can also lead to weight gain. It also has sugars... which are carbohydrates. Also not good for diabetics since it can affect blood sugar levels, but this isn't a problem for non-diabetics.

Your liver produces 1 ounce of alcohol per hour, so technically, shouldn't be an issue at all. Drink an equal amount of water in between drinks and other than tired from staying up 24 hours, you should be fine

Yes it is very possible. In fact, I have done it quite a few times in my younger days in a little place call Las Vegas. Way more than 24 drinks in 24 hours. The setback is once you fall asleep, don't plan on doing anything for about 2 days!

You can get alcohol poisoning and it will kill you. You can have impaired judgement and end up in bed with someone ugly and get an STD. You can get sick from the sugar and empty calories and end up throwing your blood sugar out of whack. You can end up an alcoholic. It's only a general rule that the liver can process one drink an hour, it doesn't say that YOUR liver can. You might weigh less than the average, your body might have more difficulty processing alcohol, you might even be allergic to alcohol. You might end up throwing it up.
If nothing else, you will end up taking in 2,400 calories just from alcohol.
Don't do it.

Only if you have 24 drinks available & don't sleep. The risks are alcoholism & fatigue.

As long as you eat regularly and drink lots of water throughout, you'll probably end up with a hangover, but it probably won't hurt you. The real question is: why would you want to?

Only if you haven't broken both your wrists in the past year...
Not because your wrists have anything to do with it per se, but when you fall down drunk as hell on the Vegas strip, what's the first thing that you're going to stop yourself with? :P
