The only method that is going to work is a system restore prior to when the application was removed.
This will revert your system to a previous time (i.e Yesterday) and relocate the missing software.

You need a program that will go through the passes in your Hard Drive and restore marked off sectors/clusters. Unless you have overwritten the files already (depends on what sector they were stored on, not sure if recycle bin has its own, most likely not) then it is still possible just a pain in the ***.. Do not listen to the guy that said system restore will bring back the program, because it wont. That is not the purpose of system restore, system restore, restores registry settings, drivers and some system files, but never applications or files that you have deleted..

Once your empty the recycling bin. There may not be a way how to retrieve the deleted data with out spending money on recovery software or services. Just dont repartition your drive yet. If you do that. The data will be lost for good.

No, once you put it in the recycle bin and delete it, you cannot restore it.
