My husband when we first started going out - I though he was amazing. He wasn't the hottest guy, or didn't make the most money, but the way he looked at me made me feel special.
I would tell the person that you like them and suggest going out for a drink or to see a movie.
Goodluck - it would be hard to make the first move but well worth the rewards!!!
