Do something to make him forget her once and for all! Go out and buy some killer lingerie - something that'll make his knees tremble ;-). Then, after the next time you both see her he'll probably be thinking about how 'hot' she is, but take him home to bed and give him a night he'll never forget. Do stuff you don't normally do in bed and totally blow his mind! He won't even need to think about her cos you'll have shown him how much sexier you can be - no words needed, just action.

There are lots of hot looking women around.....a great many of them can really be ugly inside. Their looks might get them in the door, but they won't stay long because of their personality. I know how you feel my bfs last 2 gfs were like that, but i find when ever i start comparing myself with them i think well who is he with me or them? The answer to that is hes with you no matter how hot she is you must have something she dont have like alot better personality or something like that. Not all guys go by looks as a hot girl with a crap personality isn't very attractive. Dont worry you got him not her thats all you need to know....

Ignore her, stop comparing in one side only (Beauty) it might help you feel confident if you expand the comparison to include manners, and other things that you've and she doesn't! Remember looks can be deceiving!

as they say beauty is only skin deep, beauty is in the eye of the beholder etc etc, he probably knows her better than most and says he hates her, so she is attractive..... on the surface, give your b/f credit for ditching her even though shes 'hot' and being with someone who is truly beautiful inside and out! so dont let this jealousy thing give you an ugly side

be who you are, don't compare yourself to her, it's a trap you find yourself in, he finished with her for a reason,he found you,if he is happy with you, then it's a good thing, good looking people are usualy the pits anyway, think to much of themselves and no one else, go for it girl, be what you are, she maybe hot in some ways but bet you got a lot more going for you in personality, and caring for other people, if that is not enough for him send him to the bin, you deserve better
