While there are some websites that claim that he was a Freemason (33rd Degree or elsewise), there is no actual evidence that he was. However, based on numbers, there have been a huge percentage of Presidents who were freemasons. From what I have heard, there are also a lot of judges in the South who are freemasons. I guess when it comes down to it, it's not that important and that's why it's not confirmed or out there. It's just a fraternal order, not much else. I certainly don't care if someone is a member of the Kiwanis Club or anything else; what they do in there personal time doesn't affect me.

Three generations of the Bush family are members of the Skull and bones and it would not surprise me if Daddy Bush were a Freemason. If he is someone inside the cult has a big mouth and blabbed because it is suppose to be a secret, not suppose to tell.

No evidence.
And "Skull and Bones" is not Freemasonry but I'm sure some do belong as do Knights of Columbus, Optimists, Rotary Club, etc members also.
