Extramarital sex is sin. converting a lesbian to heterosexuality is probably a sin, because it is done in order to commit a sin.
There are sinful acts, sinful words, sinful thoughts, sinful desires.
So this would involve the thoughts and desires, and eventually the act.
Because an act of sin can be more than an outward act, but an inward one (thoughts, desires, motives), then I would hesitate to say that someone like Osama Bin Laden or Hitler is worse than anyone else. Their evil just happened to be embodied in their actions. There could be someone living down your street that does the right thing all the time, but does it for wicked purposes, and has a thought life full of moral filth. That kind of person is most likely worse than Hitler.
By the way, if you are thinking of doing what you asked was sin, don't do it.
