Yes they will, but it still depends on how many veggies you can grow in a house. You need to take into consideration the mold that watering will cause. Grow them in the summer, I don't know of anyone growing veggies in their house or apartment, maybe a few herbs.

Just power consummation is not enough probable cause for a warrant. They are watching you and building their case. When the warrant is finally served and you are arrested you will be surprised to see just how obvious you were.
