I have little bumps on my arms that are itchy what are they?

headline says it all They aren't the hives, nor are they warts. what are they? 3 bumps on my elbow, foot, hand, and that's all. AND IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZYYYY. =)

If it is something just recent (winter) it may just be dry skin, or ring worm or psoriasis.
