its for a base color, a cut, and foil highlights
is this worth it plus i have long hair
but i have black roots..and i want that fixed too ..would they charge me more or getting the base color will fix this

Spend a little on urself once and awhile. If u have long hair, then u should keep it nice and well kept. Think of it this way...spending 140 dollars is an investment. By spending this now, you will have something to show off after. You'll look great and be happy with ur buy. Also, this will be great for a first impression. When someone's meeting u for the first time, u want them to think ur great. They'll take one look at ur hair and love it ! I hoped i helped.

Yes that is a very good price! i know places that charge more then that. THe roots should be fixed by the basecolor and foils.....better to do it at a professional place then do it somewhere else and get it scewed up

Maybe.If u cut ur hair,and then u get good looking with ur new hair.So,u can spend $140 but it is not.U don't need to spend them.

yes cause if you want to have a new makeover and be really pretty than go for it but keep looking than if they get higher than go to the lowest one and get your hair done really for a good reason so yahhh
