We actually don't use that phrase in spanish, at least not where I'm from, but you could say "quieres ser mi valentin?"

I'm a Spanish teacher, and believe me I would know that (1) you or someone else used an online translator to do this assignment or that (2) a native speaker did it for you. To save yourself the hassle, why not make it simple and use the stuff you already know, unless it's OK with your teacher if you use online translators and/or native speakers to do your work for you. there is no such translation, since we don't have any Valentin.
We call it instead-- the love and friendship day--"Día del amor y la amistad"
We play a game called the secret friend.
many people write their name in a paper and then put them into a bag. by random you chose one paper and that's your secret friend, so you have to give him (her) a present. you also receive a present from another secret friend. that's the general idea.
