In my opinion as a guy, we will never say no, especially if we're halfway there already...
If you think he will maybe he is insecure about himself.. a virgin maybe? I suggest you talk about it.
If you think there's nothing physically or psychologically wrong, then just go with the flow.

Believe it or not, these days guys are just as likely as girls to say "no". I suggest that you bring up the subject when you two are alone. Let him know that it is not all you want from him, that you do care about him, but explain to him that you want to, but you will not do it unless he is ready also. You make sure you are both on the same page and that if it does happen he will not feel like you forced him to and leave you. If he agrees that he is ready and then he trys to say he was forced you will have your previous conversation to back you up.

If he is a bum that is out to get a piece of booty. Otherwise he should be pretty clear wether or not he want to have sex. Maybe he is just to akward to show that he wants to engage in sexual activitys.

I think maybe he is just respecting you and doesnt want you to feel rushed. Dont feel bad because you want to carry the relationship to the next level. your human. Maybe he has been hurt before and doesnt want to rush because he feels like he cannot please you. maybe he is afraid honestly. Not that he doesnt desire you some men are afraid they will not be enough

Probably not. When you get a man excited (in a sexual way) he'll want it! There's no turning back after that! (unless he wants to stay a virgin or something).
