No. They are usually filled with caffine and high fructose corn syrup (processed sweetener). That stuff will kill you. There are natural supplements to give you the same lift without the side effects.
Rock on.

I do it all the time and everyone tells me that they are bad for me. I however work for a Dr. and he looked at the ingredients and was surprised at all the things in it that are actually good for you. At least that was for the one I drink. It's the low-carb Monster energy drink, with the blue writing.

If you need the calories and the caffeine, it's probably ok. Many ppl forget that "energy" comes from calories, usually simple sugars. Sugars can make your blood sugar drop lower than normal after it's been high.
Water and an apple are probably a better way to get energy.

Not really since it increases your heart rate tremendously. Monster is the worst. I drank it and my hands were shaking a lot. Don't drink it all the time just drink it as a quick pick-me-up.

Not all the time. I drink Tab and the "crash" effect is not as bad if I drink a Red Bull

Nope...there's too much caffeine in them. It's not good for your heart, and it only gives you a small burst of energy, and then you crash, which is even worse. They can even make you cramp during athletic events, and when I drank them, I would always have to eat something with them, otherwise, I would feel sick. That's never a good sign.

Depends on the drink, but water is better for you. Look at the ingredients and if you see high fructose corn syrup, don't drink it.

It's horrible. They have less caffeine than coffee, and they are loaded with sugar and calories. I usually just drink black coffee.
