it very well might....i heard of scientific data that says you grow taller when you flex the femur....like the impact of bastetball style jumping and landing...whether bicycling can force the femur to flex depends on how much you put into sprinting .
It will definitely make you more healthy and maximize your growing years if you cycle as you develop.

Sorry to tell you, but no. However, you're only 14, so you still have another 5-7 years to continue to grow. A good indicator of what height you might get to would be to look at your blood relatives (mom, dad, aunts, uncles and grandparents). If any of them are relatively tall, you have a chance.
