My carbon footprint is at a high level but my other footprint emits no carbon. Have I cancelled myself out?

Don't worry about it!

We all have large carbon footprints, both left and right and the way we're going we'll all be cancelled out!

If some of the tasks you undertake (driving, electricity use, heating, etc.) create high amounts of carbon dioxide, while other activities you do create almost none (walking, biking, reading, etc.), then, sadly, no, you have not "cancelled" yourself.

What you need to do is find ways that use up as much carbon as you produce. That is how you can "cancel" yourself.

I recommend going to various websites that discuss ways to reduce your carbon emissions and help you become "carbon neutral". I have listed one link below.

What is a carbon footprint? Sounds like a new age buzzword like "life energy".
