that logic is their God or there center of existence; where does that come from, our 10% usage of our brain (considering that modern medicine hasn't figured the brain out 100%); take a look around, there isn't any logic in life? If you look for logic, you come up empty handed.

Ah, yes, I saw you answer the 10% thing somewhere else and I was hoping you'd bring it up again.

Honey, that is BULLSH IT.

If we used 10% of our brain we'd be vegetables. Actually, your 10% theory does explain christianity pretty well.

The 10% thing has been so thoroughly proven wrong even bringing it up reduces the rest of your argument to rubble.

And for the record, I need no gods. Logic is not 'my god'. It is a tool I use. It is also not the center of my existence, though I use it as an exam to pass those things that I allow to exist there. Your god does not make the grade.

The 10% of the brain argument is false, we use it all, although not all at once - different parts do different things.

Logic is just a form of mathematics. It's not something that is worshiped or made up. It is something that is. The only thing we made up are the symbols.

There is logic in life, just not in your life, filled as it is with a religion that tells you to believe rather than to think.

We do not use 10% of our brain. That's an urban legend. We use all of our brain.

Atheists don't believe in a god. I know that this notion confuses you, so you feel the need to say 'logic is our god' or 'they think they're god' but the truth is, for an atheist - nothing is god. There is no god. We don't feel the need to worship anything or give anything special powers. Stuff just is.

There's plenty of logic in my life. Sorry if yours is a mess, but that's your problem.

Logic is not a god. It's a way of testing ideas to see if they're reasonable. Nature is not reasonable, but it isn't chaotic either.

Using logic, we deduce that religion is a farce and any god is delusion.

But, you're right - there is no logic in nature.

We don't worship logic, we use it. 10% usage of the brain is an urban legend. There is perfect logic in life. Everything follows well-established laws of physics. Give me one example of an illogical aspect of nature.

Logic is relative as is religion or God. It all depends on how you look at it. Everyone thinks their way is right, why begrudge them? It's not hurting you if someone doesn't think like you, believe me. Live & let live. You'll feel alot better at the end of the day. Now that is logic.

That 10% usage of the brain has also come up with a little thing called religion.

This is a strange question. Of course there is logic in life. You just need to be prepared to see it.

I'm afraid I'm not empty-handed at all... Buddhist logic is quite clear and understandable to me. While you might not be able to understand that, it doesn't mean that it's not logical.

If the point is that we as humans aren't advanced enough to trust in our own logic and decision making abilities, then how can you trust in your choice to worship God?
