I don't think I quite follow your question. You want to attend a Pagan festival that has a good reputation for being solitary? That doesn't makes sense. I'm going to assume that your basically looking for a Pagan festival in the UK.
I believe that Stonehenge has a massive Pagan festival for both Solstices. There is also Pagan Pride Day, which I believe is international. Witchvox might also have the information you're looking for.

Its very difficult to find anything on fellow Wiccans on the web because we're naturally a private lot.

there are events organised by local councils for the various fire festivals all over the uk, major music festivals like Glastonbury have a good pagan attendance from what i have seen.

Stonehenge has nothing to do with Wicca.
They don't necessarily have to have a good Rep just find one that feels right to you.

i see those wiccans popping up in the news lately about temples im not totally sure what could be in your area, just make a visit to stonehenge
