I no that the windows vista cost 400-800$ so far for the full version to install it to ur old computer... but i was wondering if you were buyin a new computer will it come with the stripped versio nand you will have to update it or does it come with the full versio and how much will it cost!?!?!?!?!?!

It will come with the OEM version usually, a retail boxed version would be the best to have on hand.

Yes a new PC will come with VISTA. It depends on what you buy though. Just like with XP, most will probably come with the basic version.
If you were a beta tester, you got it for free (ultimate) :D
