Try a health store in your local area. Ask if they carry Tom's of Maine toothpaste. I use this toothpaste and it is all natural and fluoride free. The store had to order the product for me, now they carry it as regular stock. It also comes in a variety of flavours which is nice.
I also use the Tom's of Maine deodorant, it also comes in a vareity of scents, what I like about this product is it does not contain aluminum in it and is all natural. They now think people that have Altzheimer's have an over abundance of aluminum in their bodies.

A drug store will carry what your looking for. A "baby" toothpaste will not have any in since they tend to swollow it and it can cause flourosis if too much is ingested.

ANYWHERE, JUST LOOK AT THE BACK OF THE BOX FOR THE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS, AND THE ONE WHICH DOES NOT CONTAIN FLUORIDE. MANY ARE FROM HERBAL COMPANIES.
