He likes you, but perhaps either he is too afraid to call or he's playing that ridiculously STUPID game where he thinks he has to wait a certain amount of time to call. Worry not - this has happened to almost every woman in the history of mankind on earth, some even more than once. Men are really dense (just being funny guys, don't take offense!!) and taking a phone number means one thing to us, but something completely different to them. I bet he's definitely go that number in a safe place for when he actually decides to use it. All I can tell you dear is to be patient. Ask any woman alive if she's ever had to wait on a man. You will hear stories for days!!

He might be too nervous to call you. Also if he thinks that you have a boyfriend (for what ever reason) he might not want to interfere even though you told him that you are single. Also, try not to think so much of the fact that its been six days!!! Keep yourself occupied and when you see him at the function you both belong to be nice. Maybe even try to ask him in a joking way, "What happened to my phone call?" or "So, when are we goin to hang out?" Good luck!!

Learn at an early age that when someone doesn't do what they say a red flag goes up. People are only as good as there word.Talks cheap. Keep this thought and you will save yourself a lot of heartache through life.
If you feel something is not right go with your feelings.
Best of luck

he might of lost your number. When you see him say"hey Ive been waiting to hear from you why didn't you call me" wait for the answer if he says he was busy forget him and move on if he says "i don't know" ask him if he still has your number if not give him the number again if he still doesn't call give him up and move on to the next boy

How old is this boy? At the beginning of your paragraph it sounded as if he was implying that "you" were his girlfriend. Ask him. "Do Not!" allow him to walk on you. Tell him "Thought you were going to call?" See what he said. No matter how old men get, they are immature compared to us women. If you act as if it didn't matter he called, that may get to him. Make him want you more.

not sure if he likes u but from your questions, definately can tell tat u kinda like him
if tat is the case, dun bother he like you or not,go ahead n confront to him how u feel
be brave n face urself to him instead of wasting time thinking n thinking n tat wouldn't do any help
if ur confront is accepted, tats a blessing,if its not,at least u can jus leave it aside n carry on with ur life rather then like now, stuck n pause in doubts
