I live with my gf, and recently I notice that she pays extra attention to her looks before going to work everyday. One day, I went to her work during lunchtime and found her sitting in a car with a male colleague. She was totally embarrassed to see me. She kept telling me she was just being friendly and was just going out for lunch with her co-worker. If it’s just that one time, I can understand; but it’s almost every day. Sometimes, I try to call, and find out that she’s out until 3 PM for lunch. Every time I bring it up, we would have a fight. She keeps saying if I feel insecure, then I should leave. I really love my gf. What should I do?

Wow! She's feeling guilty!
You should tell her she's the one making you feel insecure by going out with this guy and ask how would she feel if you did the same. I would say if she's not cheating on you now, she is thinking about it or very close to it. If you want to take the time to do so, I suggest you invite yourself along to one of their lunch dates....see how she reacts, If she has something to hide-she'll say no... then, well you've got your answer.
Just read: tweedy778 's answer....that's a good way to put it

man thats crazy. I'm going through the same thing! Finally I've just suspected she's cheating on me, she's a police officer anyway, and I'm a firefighter so it's not like I could envision being with her. Just go with the flow and leave, don't call her, let's HER call YOU. Best way to find out. After 3 days, ask her "found a new guy yet?" and see what she says

Thats defiently a sign, shes probably flirting for attention. Do you tell her you love her a lot? Do you cuddle with her and always tell her how beautiful she is? Little things like that make a girl feel very special and if she isn't getting it from you and this other guy is telling her these things thats why she may be doing it. She probably loves you very much but doesn't get that sort of attention from you, try lil romantic things like that more if you want her to stop seeing this guy.

She knew that what she did grew to become into going to break you, distinctly if she advised you she went to third base one week and then each and every of how the subsequent week with the comparable guy. that's obtrusive that she has some thoughts for this guy if she continually observed him or maybe lied to you approximately it. She must be lonely, yet that's no reason to break you. If she grew to become into quite lonely and had to establish you she could have stated as you and talked to you approximately it quite of desirous to be consoled by using yet another guy.

Did she introduce you to the male colleague? She may not be cheating yet but it sounds like she's interested, you may love her but if she doesn't feel the same about you it's time to move on...

You're being manipulated.
Look at like this, if there is nothing to hide they don't hide. But hide she does.
If you had a coworker with whom you had an innocent lunch with, would you hide it from her? Of course not. You would have nothing to hide.
Yet hide she does...especially since you "caught" her and she didn't tell you. Repeatedly it seems.
And no, its not insecurity.
Decision time. Can you live with it?

Honestly, if you feel or know that she is cheating on you. Then why stay with her, she's just going to keep on doing it. Just because you "love" her doesn't mean you're meant to be together. She's not good enough for you for her to do that to you. I say leave her.

If you feel that she really is cheating then you should break it off and try to move on. More than likely she is cheating which means that she must not love you enough to be faithful.

talk it out. communication is the key to a healthy relationship. if she's continuing to be secretive, request to be on a break. if she's asking you to leave, she obviously doesn't care that much about the relationship.
