Sounds like she's been there. You have to be very careful. She's not just pulling this out of thin air. You may have no part in this scenario already, buddy. I know so many girls, that are not even Lesbian that carry on, they have boyfriends that don't know. I think she might be shy about actually doing it, and maybe a little jealous about you being able to be with the other girl too. I think it is a major turn on, but actually doing it, would be difficult for me because I guess i wouldn't know what to do for one, and I am shy, and I would be pissed if my man looked at another female. so I don't know.
