I know we have many parasites living within our body, such as tapeworms from undercooked meats. Does anyone have a safe, proven method of ridding the body of these parasites?

I think the word Toxins is inappropriate here.
As a medico i hear this term constantly and am aware of many people purging toxins all the rime. Let me say that this is all fantasy and a money making spin for those companies or alternatives to sound impressive!

Let me first deal with this matter. The liver is responsible for processing and neutralizing toxic substances ingested into the body, some foods commonly eaten are technically poison. (Potatoes for instance, although very few have dies despite them being associated with deadly nightshade) Once neutralized they are shunted onto the kidneys for excretion via the urinary system.
The large bowel contains waste also that has had bile applied to it from the bile duct ( bile also made in the liver) The functions of the large bowel is to reabsorb and recycle water from the waste so keep the body's fluid and electrolytes in balance. Secondly this tube has a motion called peristalsis which cause s the wast to be moved towards the rectum for expulsion through the anus in bowel movements. Purging this waste unnecessarily by enema or by drinking concoctions made by yahoo's who have no medical knowledge is tantamount to irresponsibility. Sudden loss of fluids and electrolytes can result in dehydration and even death. So don't be fooled by this crap about purging toxins as being a health kick. The liver has already done this job for you. Unless you have liver or renal failure!

Now the worm problem you think you might have. If you eat a pot of metwurst or Kabana there is a possibility that you do have a worm or worms. There are proprietary treatments for the eradication of these invaders and should be taken cautiously ensuring you do not have an allergic reaction from their ingestion. That is why i suggest you consult with your doctor before embarking on self treatment.

The cures are not without side effects!
Be sure you actually have parasites before you put these poisons in your body to kill them.
If you live in a society where meats are inspected, and where proper cooking procedures are used, your chances of having tapeworms is small.

Start eating cooked meat, for starters! Yogurt has cultures that will get rid of bad bacteria in your digestive tract and keep yeast growth under control. Unless you are sick, your good~bad parasite ratio is in check and you have nothing to worry about.

Worms infestation is rare in developed countries because of good hygeine and vigilance for animals used for human consumption. Why do u think u have any worm infestation? Now medicines are available which can eradicate the infestation for ever but first stool should be tested and medicines given only in case of proved infestation.

It is not true that we have many parasites in our bodies unless you live in a third world nation. Rare ascaris and hook worm is seen in poor areas and some pinworm. Tape worm is very rare as is malaria. Stop worrying.
