If you don't mind the impending heart attack, cut a hole in a slice of bread (the size of a soup can). Place the bread in a lightly oiled skillet. Break an egg into the hole. flip the bread until you get the desired texture of the egg. Fry 2 pieces of sausage or some bacon. Toast 2 more pieces of bread. make a triple decker with the egg piece in the middle / mayonnaise / mustard / ketchup / lettuce / tomato / whatever you desire.

I like to get a hoagie roll and put some mayo with ranch dressing and spread it over both pieces of bread and put it in a toaster oven or on a griddle on the stove until its just a little toasted, while that's getting done i use a small non-stick pan and spray some Pam cooking spray or a little cooking oil i put a piece of frozen cooked grilled chicken breast that I buy in the freezer section at the store once the chicken is heated through I turn of the heat and take the chicken out and put in 2 slices of already cooked bacon to heat through, I take the hoagie put in the chicken, bacon and some iceberg lettuce. It's sooo good.

Okay, on a whole grain (I like the 7 grain kind with the sunflower seeds and flax seeds and stuff) panini bread, fresh baby spinach, brie cheese and seedless red grapes.
Toast it in a panini press (or a geroge foreman grill!) and serve it with honey mustard.
SOOOO GOOD!

There is only one way to cure the munchies. In your sandwich you need a) spam b)tomato ketchup c) lettuce leaf d) raw onion.
If you can grill the spam slices first it is sooooo much better!

OK, I'll go with an open-faced hot turkey sandwich, covered with fries and cheese and gravy, on plain old white bread.
