Well we know that simple iron nails could pierce him, much less Wolverine's claws. We also know that unlike Wolverine his wounds don't heal (since Thomas was able to feel them days after his death). On the other hand Jesus would just be able to come back for more every three days. But, then again, Wolverine could play the King Arthur and the Black Knight card and just cut off all of his limbs. Jesus would just be stuck there like the Black Knight was.

Jesus would not beat Wolverine, rather he would talk him out of fighting and then show him the proper way to live. Instead of all that drinkin' and whorin' that Logan does.
