brooks in CA or RIT in NY. RIT has an excellent program. also if those are out of your price range Art institute of Pittsburgh is where i went. hth

Depends-fine art or heavy on technique?

Fine Art: Art Center in LA is good, the Art Institute in San Francisco also good.

Technique: Rochester Institute of Photography in Rochester, NY,
Brooks Institute Santa Barbara CA.

Mixture of both: Academy of Art, San Francisco
