I want to say I love you to one of my Female friends I am girl too!

Ok "I love you" means: "Te amo", but if she is only a friend you can say "te quiero" or "te quiero mucho".
Usually when you say "I love you" in spanish is for a very special person, such as your boyfriend or your husband.
Singular:
Te quiero = I love you
Te quiero mucho = I love you so much
Te quiero amiga = I love you friend
Te quiero mucho amiga =I love you so much friend
Plural:
Las quiero = I love you
Las quiero mucho = I love you so much
Las quiero amigas = I love you girls / friends
Las quiero mucho amigas = I love you so much girls / friends

to a woman from a women you would say "Te quiero" If you say "Te Amo" They would think that you are a lesbian or something. To a man is when you would say "Te Amo" if you are in a romantic realationship.

"Te quiero" literally means "I want you", but it is used for "I love you" for girl/boyfriends.
"Te amo" is more serious, romantic love.
What you might be looking for might be more along the lines of "Te adoro." That literally means I adore you and could probably be used for friends just fine.
