i stopped using my harsher 'acne' things because they were drying out my skin so i just used aveeno for my cleanser & st. ives scrub for sensitive skin. BUT i got three pimples since then and my skin has been bad... it probably is hormonal (im on my period).. but i want to avoid having these pimples and the kind of acne (its not really bad, its more mild but there) on my forehead. any simple suggestions?

This definitely works but you have to be a bit patient - it will take a little while to see really noticable resullts. I had terrible skin problems - really dry, flaking skin, pimples, white heads, black heads, scars, blocked pores and freckles - this permanently got rid of them all and I now have a totally blemish free healthy skin. It's a very simple, safe and natural, small cost solution. After the countless trying of over the counter products which contain harmful ingredients and home treatments which simply do not work, we are skeptical about there being such a simple cure - but try it and you will find out that you will not need to use anything else on your face EVER AGAIN. It gives you a blemish free and really healthy skin free of clogged pores, large pores and scars. It also works on an oily skin.
Massage with quite a strong, vigorous motion(this is important) once a day - you will find you can make it more vigorous as you progress, using an organic or natural oil - cocunut or olive oil works really well. Skin is always shedding and renewing, the massaging friction hastens a spot and blemish free new skin to emerge. Initially, the skin has to adjust and if soreness, breakouts or other reactions happen -the skin might expel poisons that need to be expelled - then stop and resume when you can. You have to find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Stick with it & in a week or so you will see an improvement and overtime you will have a completely blemish free skin. You keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that and it will stay that way. Also it is wise not to use soaps or other over counter face cleaners. They harm the skin and are the main cause of many skin problems. Best to use tea tree oil face wash - it is a totally natural cleaner.

I don't like the st. Ives scrub. A Scrub should only be used once a week if any. Just use the aveeno and a mild moisturizer.

Blistex medicated lip ointment! Rub it on your pimples. It works.
