Try some of the daily medications like clartin, clarinex, zyrtec or allegra. The nasal sprays work very well also Nasonex and Flonase(sp) are to of the most popular. Both of you are still very young to and have a decent chance of outgrowning the allergies.

There is a technique called the Natural Allergy Elimination Technique (N.A.E.T.) for all I know it could be a scam. However, I suffer from sever allergies and have since I was your age. It's not expensive and the clients are fanatic about the concept. Check it out.

I am also highly allergic to cats and ferrets. I have tried Benadryl, Chloratrimin, Claritin and Allegra. None of them really helped much but I think Allegra helped the most. The only thing that works for me is avoidance.

Yes, I can help you. And it does work.
But you're too young, you can ask your parents for support.
You can try cellular nutrition food which is made of herbal.
It's not medicine, so it doesn't work immediately.
But it can help you change your constitution little by little.
Then your allergies will be gone.
During this period, you still have to see the doctor.
After you feel better and better, you won't have to get shots anymore.

Since you guys have to get shots for your allergies, it means that you guys are really really allergic to them. You might as well just get rid of them.

Avoid what you are allergic to. Spray your nose with a saline mist daily.
