Valentines day is coming up, why not take the leap and send a note or something of the sort? The worst he could do is say "no" in which case you can move on from this crush to another. If he likes you too, for sure this time, than you too can work on a relationship!

I would say after that, he has got to man up and at least talk a little more to you in order to indicate his willingness toward you.

Write a little note to him-not on lined notbook paper-but on a piece of colored computer paper. Include your phone # and a screenname/email. good luck!
