Him:Beacuse he likes you....(a moment later) Just kidding

And over the years people have said i liked him but i dont, and sometimes he stares at me. so does he like me???

and this guy cut me to talk to these guys and then he noticed he cut me and sadi "oh sorry i didn't mean to cut you you can have your spot" then he walked away. So from guys and girls opions does he like me????

Well...It's kinda hard to say from the info you gave.....but it IS a possibility! Just watch the way he acts when he's around you as compared to how he is when your not right there with him. If he acts different then it may show that he is trying to impress you or maybe he might just feel kinda shy around you. Or you could always just ask a mutual friend about it. But be careful with that because sometimes it could give the wrong idea.

I think he does since you've noticed him staring at you. Plus, his friend wouldn't just ask you out of the bllue if you like this guy or not. There's got to be a reason for him asking.
If you don't like him though, why do you care?

I think that guy totally likes you. If he stares at you yes. But im not entirely sure. Two of my guy friends stare at me alot.
