No, he/she is someone who doesnot know when to quit. By drowning in the alcohol all day every day , they have become addicted to the stuff. The only way to quit is for them to except they need help, and gets that help. Then once sober, Works daily to not take a drink again.

they get the shakes far worse than any hangover you obviously have no idea how bad life is for them
