put some oragel on your finger and rub it on the gum, give it a few seconds then if it is loose enough pop it out. if it bleeds give them a wet wash cloth or even a Popsicle, they seem to work best at my house.
we have to do this with my step daughters, they have this fear of choking on their loose teeth in their sleep. so if they are gonna get any sleep then we just gotta do it, the dentist might get ticked if we called him at 930 or ten every few weeks over a loose tooth!
be sure the tooth fairly knows how hard you worked to get it out so she leaves a little extra!!

First of all do not pull it if it is just a little loose that could cause other problems like infection. Secoundly, just let the child eat and it will come out on its on, I mean things like carrots meats that kind of thing.
My son pulls his on teeth most of the time, and sometimes it is just best to let them do it. If you are dealing with a special needs child, then don't worry about it at all, the dentist says they will come out on there on despite what anyone else may say. No doornobs and strings, and infact string is not good to use at all, as that can cause gum infections.
I know I sound like the overly worried parent but that really is not the case, I am just telling you what I have learned over the years.

Well i think let it fall out on its own is what most parents do but when my teeth would get loose as a kid i would sit there in front of the mirror wiggling it and twisting it if it was loose enough and kinda hanging on by a thread but then it would finally pop out and i would bleed so i would wash my mouth out and walk aroung with a wet wash cloth in the 'hole' for like 5-10 minutes so other than that my sister had to have some pulled by a dentist since her adults were already coming in and the baby teeth had not fallen out yet so good luck and if that doesnt work bop them in the head...JUST KIDDING

Let the child keep wiggling it and it will eventually come out
If they have one that really needs to come out (like the adult tooth is coming in behind it) and the child is having trouble or afraid to try to pull it, you can try putting a little Orajel (like you use for teething babies) on that area and trying to help pull it.

Unless you're a dentist, you shouldn't be pulling a child's tooth. It'll work its way out.

Do not pull it, go to a child dentist. Some avoid needle pain killers, even anti-biotic to prevent infection
