I don't think you're serious, but I'll answer just in case. First of all, you need to find out her sexual orientation. If she's straight, go ahead and give up. If she's lesbian or bi, you already have a decent chance, as they have fewer potential dates than heterosexuals.

Does she know that you are interested in girls? If not, then tell her. It would help a bit. I, personally (If I had the same sexual orientation), would gradually warm up to her, and take it slow.
