if you want too wait for microsoft too come out with the service packs on then that would be good if you dont want too wait then just buy the home version for $100 thats all your need . this talk about the $400 version is just all talk you useyour computer for photos and music games vista home version will be fine just install vista onto a back up hard drive then you can have windows xp 1 side vista the other side . im using it that way
