Your parents are always right but when we are younger we think we always are right and that we always have the right answers. One reason we do not listen to our parents is we are still a little rebelious even as young adults. It took me years to realize my parents were most usually always right. It took me alot of mistakes of my own to realize and finallly a child of my own that is doing the same thing I done to my parents which was not listening to their advice. I think as teens and young adults this trend is in all of us-hard to take our parents advice.

It's called Been there...done that. Remember we were all your age once...maybe you should listen more and talk less. It's amazing what you can learn if you use your ears!

If your parents are always right, why don't you start listening to them instead of making mistakes again & again?

Yep. My kids' dad is usually right, too...but they never seem to see it that way.
Someday they will thank me.

Your parents have more life experience.... don't forget, they were kids once too.
