Well it depends on if you are going to meet her, or who she actually is... Other than congratualtions and you are sure that the baby will bring lots of joy to her life, and you hope everything is well and everyone is healthy after the birth.... there's nothing else you have to say, unless you have something personal to tell her based on who she is to you, or things you know about babies.

A card wishing a simple congratulations and your best wishes would be sufficient. If you wish to make a gift to the expectant parents, there are quite a few things that they can always use. A gift certificate or gift card to help ease them into the shock of added financial responsibilities would be nice.

A congraduations card would be good and possible a gift but if you can't afford a gift then the card is just as good. Let her know that your happy for her.

woops.............did'nt see the writing to them part.......I think you should get a Congratulations card and a gift certificate...........I thought that was a good idea! (why are you writing a women you dont know? Is she a new member of your family perhaps?)
anyway..........that is what I would do!

They have cards for almost any occasion.
