I have real long hair with layers in the front it is super healthy and shiny, but it is so long so it does not stay styled so I mostly just blowdry it and then curl it under with a fat curling iron. Will I have more options with shorter hair?

The longer your hair, the more weighed-down it gets. I would try cutting it to a couple inches below your shoulders...that way it's still long but will hold styles better. Also, layers really help with that, too!

well i personally like longer hair better
i got a haircut like shoulder length about a month ago and i miss my long hair now
i think that there are more options for longer hair bc in my opinion it looks better curled than short hair...and you can do fun up-do thingies with long hair and long ponytails and those twisty buns and braids...so you don't want to cut your hair too short...if it's too short you might not even be able to get it up in a ponytail without a few strands not being able to reach!
but with short hair (like shoulder length) you can experiment with fun sparkley clips and stuff like that...that's what my sister likes to do
it's according to what length you find most comfortable to wear and that you like how it looks on you...idk but some ppl think long hair is too heavy
hope i helped!! ♥
ps...i think the best length is about 6 inches below the shoulder...not too long and not too short

Well, if you put more layers in your hair, you can make it look fuller - just ask your stylist for suggestions on a cut to make it fuller.

short hair definitely helps. it takes a lot of weight off of your hair so it isn't flat. getting layers makes it look thicker and you can style it in a lot of cute ways. a lot of celebrities are getting their hair cut shorter too so you can follow some of their styles.

If you don't want to go totally short, go with layers all over instead of just the front.

Mos Def!!

Try the razor cut. It' makes drying more easy as well.

And nothing says classy and sassy like a cute razor cut hairstyle.

Most deffinently. short hair you can puff and puff all you want and it looks really good. To long of hair is gross, and it is a hassle
