Bhutan.
A tiny, remote kingdom in the Himalayas.
The king there has gone on record as saying that "Gross National Happiness is as important as Gross Domestic Product". For instance, Bhutan only ever had one set of traffic lights . But people found them frustrating, so they went back to using a human being to control traffic.
I'd love to go there.
