I've been with my boyfriend for a while and he's just inconsiderate of other people's (including me) feelings. He's not doing it intentionally he's just oblivious most of the time. Not like forgetting my birthday type of stuff more like not calling to say he's going to be late when we're meeting somewhere (a restaurant or something) etc. I've talked with him about it before and it helped for a few days but then went back to the way things are. Is there anything else besides talking to him again that might help him remember or care more about his actions in relation to other people?
