It's not bad for your health, no. But I think it can be bad to keep hiding in your shell too long, and not be willing to experience fully what love and life have to offer. However, it's a matter of personal opinion.

There is nothing wrong with being a virgin for "too long". There is no such thing as too long. When you are in the young teens you think it is the worst thing because all the other kids are having sex. As an older teen you think it is wrong because all the other kids are having sex. But, when you grow up and join the real world you find out that there are much bigger problems to worry about than being a virgin. If you are worried about pressure then think about all the straight edge kids out there. not all the other kids are having sex. It is becoming more and more common for kids to graduate high school and still be virgins. There is nothing wrong with it in any way. What you need to do is be secure with yourself and love yourself before you start looking for love in others. Sex is not the answer for everything.

I don't think their is anything wrong with being a virgin for as long as it takes to find the right person. Loosing your virginity is not as fun as some might make it sound. The experience can be very painful for the female. Some women cry and get very emotinal. Its a very special intimate moment, and it only happens once. Once you've done it it will never happen again. Doing it with the right person is key because as a man seeing the person you love endure pain for you can bring you closer together, and as a women taking the pain for the man you love shows him you care. Personally I waited until i got married at the age of 21 and the bond i felt on my wedding night made waiting worth while.

Virginity and choosing to remain a virgin is a matter of personal preference and your moral upbringing. I think you should be commended for sticking to your beliefs. DO NOT let anyone change your mind either. This is one thing in life that you will never get back. Saving yourself for that special someone is not only healthier for you, but you will be glad that you did it. Good luck and God bless you.

You have to look inwards to yourself and define what motivations are drive you to toward sex. Sex has been shown time and time again to be an excellent way to reduce stress , gives you exercise, and millions of other reasons to have sex. That is how nature designed it. Of course, female orgasms rock!
On the otherhand, having sex prematurely can destroy relationships and destory intimacy. There is all kinds of infections that I will not take to time to explain (note: you should recall those sex-ed lectures)
In the end, judge for thyself the reasons for having sex and consequences for having sex. Also, look at how you can get along with the other partner. In sex, to seek true orgasm, your bodies must unite and become one. (For more information on sexual unions, please see http://www.bibliomania.com/2/1/76/123/frameset.html. It is called the Kama Satura - which is one of the foremost guides to having sex and acheving sexual union with a partner
Remember your body is one of the nature's most holiest gives to us so any desire to remain pure and chaste until the right moment will something that you will treasure for the rest of your life.

No, being a virigin is neither good nor bad. It's just neutral, it shouldn't weigh in or have any affect on how you live your life, be it in religion, social, or romantic settings.
Sex is something that you should only have when you're comfortable and ready, and with someone you trust who's also comfortable and ready.

No. Nothing bad about being a clean, decent person. Sex isn't all what its hyped up to be anyways. When the right one comes along, and you fall in love, then it will be good. Casual sex for teens, is on the rise, and I am glad you chose to be different. You should be proud.

There is nothing wrong with being a virgin, in ANY way. For girls or guys. Just be true to yourself and only do what YOU know is right.
