Ok that is kind-of strange. Most stories you hear are they told their parents they weren't straight and their parents stopped talking to them. I would wait a while and if she still doesn't talk to you try talking to her. Even if she doesn't talk back have a one-sided conversation and let her just listen to what you have to say is on your mind. Hope it works!
