No getting regular trims only cut down on the amount of split ends and damaged hair. Stylists tell their clients that because they want them to come in on a regular basis so they can make more money. If you wait too long then the split end will grow up the hair shaft so you shouldn't wait too long in between trims. Once every two to three months (depending on how well you take care of your hair) should suffice. Hair grows from the root (the top of your head) so there is now way trimming the end of your hair will make it grow faster.

I know it sounds bizarre but if you want your hair to grow get it trimmed on the new moon. If you want it to slow down trim on the full moon. Just remember - new growth, new moon.
It's a very old theory that seems to work. Farmers use the moon phases for better growth too!

No, because hair grows from the roots. Getting your hair trimmed prevents the ends from splitting all the way up, therefore, causing the hair to get thinner and look damaged.

No,but it will keep your hair in great condition and you hair won't have split ends. When you have split ends, your hair just breaks off making it seem like your hair isn't growing as fast. But the thing is when you cut off your split ends every 6-8weeks,then your hair won't be breaking off at the ends, causing you to get the maximum hair growth possible.
ps: and no matter what you do,what shampoo you use, what multi vitamin you take daily, how healthy you eat, your hair will grow at a steady rate of half an inch per month.
but haveing poor nutrition can slow down your hair growth.
make sure to excersise, eat right, and get atleast 8hours of sleep per night to get your maximum hair growth possible!
`hope this helped!

No, cutting your hair does not effect how it grows, only genetics and vitamins can dictate that. Getting trims will only keep your hair looking good and preventing split ends.

its a myth that cutting the ends of the hair helps the roots grow! However it does keep split ends at bay! you need to get head massages to try and make your pores open up a bit( sounds fake I know) but the ends of your hair have NOTHING to do with the roots.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aLV2P While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.
