It's Sept - July (during the days) 8:00 - 2:30am. I'm wondering if this is a good price. If it's in line with what anyone else has paid?? I was a little taken back, and still waiting for someone to get back to me on what that includes!

Did anyone (in NY) hear that LPN's were being phased out? Is this true?

I spent 20,000 on my tuition when i went from Jan 2005 - Dec 2005 in Illinois. I definitely would never have paid that much but it took me so long to get into any other nursing schools at the time. The tuition went up to 26,000 they year after I graduated. Luckily enough, I am finishing my RN at a community college now (so am definitely not complaining about tuition), working as an LPN, and the company I work for is paying for me to finish my RN.
All in all, I think - personally, that 10,500 is NOT BAD AT ALL. You can easily pay that off if you get a student loan. Do you qualify for any financial aid?
Good luck.

Call the hospitals in NYC and ask their opinion about the LPN program being phased out.

no, that's not too much at all. make sure it's the right choice, though. you'll find that as a medical assistant you have the flexability to move around between professions and are not seculeded to just being an LPN.
