Every day she needs to soak her feet in Epsom salt and warm water for about 10-15 minutes and then YOU (or someone else but not her) needs to rub Vaseline Intensive Care lotion into her heels and on her feet....it's easier for you to do it from the angle that feet are at so that you get all the parts but it's going to take like a month before you really notice results and then every night she needs to slather on more lotion and wear cotton socks to bed....also drinking water to replenish the dryness will be a great help too--you have to rehydrate from the inside out as well

Save Your Sole™ Rich Sea Salve for Feet by Beauticontrol. Put the product on your heels and then wear some socks. You may not wear sock during the day but wearing the socks around the house, while watching tv or sleeping is great. It works for me.

A couple times a week...rub them with a pumice stone to remove the dead skin cells. Then slather them with olive oil, put on some old socks, and just sleep those cracked heels away.

Rub some vaseline into your heels and then put soft, non-tight socks on and go to sleep. It's cheap, fast, easy, no need to go to the store to get somthing, and works like a charm :)
